We seek out seekers of knowledge — not just within the fine print of their job description, but outside of their 9 to 5 lives. We want engineers who love to dance and designers who have a deep understanding of Greek myths. Before Pawel came to ROSE, he was off selling mining machines. That didn’t last too long when he discovered he loved working for blogs as a developer after taking an interest in coding. He’s our resident movie buff and spends his spare time caring for his new puppy and cycling when the Polish weather allows.

After the murder of George Floyd, when police began deliberately targeting protesters, we built a resource hub for bail networks and lawyers taking on pro bono work for those arrested during the protests.
